Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Bradical Software ("we", "us") collects when you visit bradicalsoftware.com or buy our products, how we use it, and the choices you have. We sell digital developer tools — Claude Code skill packs and related software. We collect as little as possible.

1. Who handles your purchase

Payments are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record. When you buy, Creem collects and processes your payment and billing information (name, email, billing country, and the payment details you enter) under Creem's Privacy Policy. We never see or store your full card number. From a completed order, we receive your email address and order details so we can deliver the product and provide support.

2. Information we collect

• Order information — your email address and the products you purchased, passed to us by Creem to fulfil and support your order.
• Support correspondence — anything you send us by email (e.g. bradicalsoftwares@gmail.com).
• Basic site analytics — aggregate, non-identifying usage data (such as page views) to understand traffic. We do not build advertising profiles.

Our downloadable tools run locally inside your own environment. The spend tracker reads your local logs on your machine — that data is never transmitted to us.

3. How we use it

• To deliver your purchase and provide download access and license keys.
• To respond to support requests and send essential transactional messages about your order.
• To keep the site secure and to understand aggregate usage.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing email unless you explicitly opt in.

4. Sharing

We share information only with service providers needed to run the store — principally Creem (payments and tax), our hosting provider (Vercel), and email. Each processes data on our behalf. We may also disclose information where required by law.

5. Data retention

We keep order records for as long as needed to provide support, honour licenses, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You can request deletion of data we hold (subject to records we must retain by law).

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email bradicalsoftwares@gmail.com. For payment data held by Creem, contact Creem directly.

7. Cookies

The store uses only the cookies necessary to function and to gather aggregate analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

8. Children

Our products are intended for professional developers. They are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
