Terms of Service

These Terms govern your purchase and use of products from Bradical Software ("we", "us") at bradicalsoftware.com. By buying or using our products, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not purchase.

1. What we sell

We sell digital products for software developers — Claude Code skill packs (folders containing a SKILL.md and, where useful, a tested script) and related tools. Products are delivered as downloads after purchase. They are not physical goods and require no account on our servers to use.

2. Payments and Merchant of Record

Purchases are processed by Creem, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Creem handles payment, billing, and applicable sales tax / VAT, and appears on your statement. Your purchase is also subject to Creem's terms. Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise; taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.

3. License

Unless a product states otherwise, each purchase grants one individual a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user commercial license to use the product on their own work and machines, including for commercial purposes. You may modify it for your own use. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or publish the product (or substantial portions of it) as a competing offering, whether free or paid. Each product's bundled LICENSE file governs if it differs from this section.

4. Updates

Purchases include free updates within the same major version. New major versions may be offered as separate products.

5. Refunds

Our products are digital goods delivered immediately, so all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a download has been provided. The full contents and scope of each product are described on this site before you buy, so you know exactly what you are purchasing. Where a refund is required by applicable consumer law, or in the case of a duplicate or faulty charge, contact us and we (via Creem) will make it right.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our products to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to resell or redistribute them in violation of Section 3. Our tools are aids for engineering work; you are responsible for reviewing and validating any output before relying on it.

7. Intellectual property

All products, source, and content remain the intellectual property of Bradical Software (or its licensors). Your license does not transfer ownership. Bradical Software is an independent vendor and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Anthropic, NVIDIA, or any other third party whose products our tools may interoperate with.

8. Disclaimer of warranty

Products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that a product will be error-free or meet your specific needs. Security- and quality-audit tools flag suspected issues to aid review; they are not a guarantee of safety or correctness.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bradical Software will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits, or business, arising from use of our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller's country of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence still apply.
